How to become Certified
- Liason with a ISO Management Consultancy firm and get the basic introduction of the ISO Certification and highlighted the requirement of ISO Training
- Develop an Internal Quality Management System that meets the ISO9000 (based on our business nature) requirements
- Complete the training of the stakeholders
- Once your quality system has been documented and implemented invite an external internal auditor to get the QMS effectiveness measured
- If the auditor determines that your quality system meets all of ISO’s requirements, they will certify your system (Consultants call it a Gap Audit or Gap Analysis)
- After this step you need to get your certification from International Standard Organization and you can then announce to the world that the quality of your products/services is managed, controlled, and assured by a registered ISO 9000 quality system
- Get stakeholder trained on Auditing Tools to ensure that the QMS implemented is maintained and followed up properly
