Liason with a ISO Management Consultancy firm and get the basic introduction of the ISO Certification and highlighted the requirement of ISO Training
Develop an Internal Quality Management System that meets the ISO9000 (based on our business nature) requirements
Complete the training of the stakeholders
Once your quality system has been documented and implemented invite an external internal auditor to get the QMS effectiveness measured
If the auditor determines that your quality system meets all of ISO's requirements, they will certify your system (Consultants call it a Gap Audit or Gap Analysis)
After this step you need to get your certification from International Standard Organization and you can then announce to the world that the quality of your products/services is managed, controlled, and assured by a registered ISO 9000 quality system
