What happens if I get disconnected from the internet?
If you are disconnected from the Internet, you will need to log back into your account. In this case, you will return to the beginning of the lesson you were working on.

Can I take the course from various locations and computers?
We offer web-based services; therefore, our courses are set up for students to access their account from any computer that is compatible and has Internet access.

How do I get a username or password, if I have forgotten it?
If you have forgotten your password, go to www.isocampus.com and click on the "forgot password" link below the student login. Then enter your email address. You should receive an email to your email address stating your password. If you have forgotten your username and password, please contact customer support at 1-800-442-1149.

Do our computers need to be equipped with special hardware or software in order to use the programs?
No. 360training programs offer interactivity without annoying downloads and plug-ins. The programs run on any web-connected computer with a standard web browser (version 5.5 or higher).

Do we need a high-speed connection to the Internet?
Definitely not. Most of our programs are designed to run on a low-bandwidth connection so that they can be used by employees while overseas or in other areas with limited connectivity. Employees working in home-offices and abroad will have the same training experience as employees working in the organization's headquarters.

How can I track my employees' usage of 360training's programs?
Built into every 360training program is access to a web-based tracking tool that enables you or other company representatives to assign compliance training programs to employees, track their usage, and set up automatic e-mail reminders.

What kind of learning management system (LMS) does 360training use?
360training programs come with their own compliance-specific, user-friendly LMS. If your company already has an LMS, you can launch and track our programs from that system as well.
